NY SUP CT: (The criminal Term of the Supreme Court of the state of New York): United States v. Jeffery Epstein - Examining Insitutional Failure, Criminal Conspiracy, and Accountability in a Contemporary Setting.

This committee is a 2026 present-day retake of the 2020 federal case United States v. Jeffrey Epstein, concerning allegations that Epstein and others conspired to sexually traffic and exploit underage girls in multiple locations, including his residences in Manhattan and Palm Beach. The case focuses on the alleged recruitment and exploitation of minors and the legal arguments surrounding the federal sex-trafficking charges. Delegates should expect a serious, formal, and evidence-based ICJ simulation in which they represent advocates for the parties involved rather than countries. Judges will evaluate the arguments and evidence impartially before ultimately delivering a judgment, making preparation, accuracy, legal reasoning, and professional courtroom conduct.
